Alexis never met Jack right?

Squad is back.
Since Richard doesn't want Jack to meet Alexis, he would probably set up a drop off somewhere else. Doesn't mean that Jack can't ignore that and still bring it to his house.
Alternatively they could (accidentally or not) run into each other somewhere else while Richard is taking Alexis for a walk or something

I think I'm waiting on Will/Veronica in the calling home scene, then all Scene 2 threads will be closed.

For Scene 3 I had a few ideas and some were suggested:

- Alexis might convince Richard to take them out somewhere to meet Fiona. Jack could (coincidentally?) be there as well. I'm not sure how this will progress the plot, but we can play it.

- Jack could make some investigative moves re: Scarface and/or who's stealing supplies from the Distro Center

- Eli might want to follow up with Connor re: Scarface. Richard may want to accompany him as he now needs Eli to impress Parker...

I have some ideas, but I definitely want everyone's input on what happens to their characters.

It looks like Will gets to meet a new VP and rescue some "projects"... which sounds like shorthand for "problems" :)

May be too early to meet alexis according to bowl. Investigating more, maybe tagging with Eli would be something jack could also do

I still want to do the Alexis meets Jack scene but I think it might be better to wait a bit with that to build up more tension.

I think it would make sense to have a scene with Eli, either investigating/talking with Connor together or talking to Ms. Parker together about the job.

So we have Scarface as a threat. Maybe Will and Veronica can see about finding him after they're done speaking to Will's mom? I imagine Will would feel like he owes it to Eli for putting him up to not let some super strong dude kill him.

Richard & Eli meeting Miss Parker to discuss the job.

Jack investigating the robberies at the Distribution Center? investigating Scarface?

Veronica?

Will?

Can we get more than one person in a scene together? I'd like to see more interplay between the main characters if possible.

just reading 002.3.. it is also possible that Jack is the one smuggling Amanda for some reason, since he has access to the outside (and was smuggled in before). This could mean a Will, Amanda, Jack and maybe Veronica scene

Okay, unless anyone wants another scene for something prior to these taking place, I propose the following 2 scenes next:

Amanda's Arrival: a scene where Will and Veronica meet the (unnamed) contact (Jack) Elizabeth hired (through her connections in the Node) to bring Amanda into the QZ.

The Job: Eli and Richard meet Miss Parker to discuss the job she wants them to do to erase Eli's debt.

I'll start writing setup scenes, and unless anyone objects, I'll try to get them posted this weekend.

I have some good and bad news... well, the same news, which will be good or bad depending upon your perspective.

I'll be much less active on this site in the coming year. I've decided to finally focus on writing my book. I'm dropping out of most of the games I'm in on here and a couple of other sites. I don't want this one to die off, since we all put so much time into it, but I'm also certain that I won't have the time to devote to runing it properly. I'll send my notes to whoever wants to run this next. I worked out a really good plot with the help of thetaodaddy.

I'll be peeking back in every few days, so please let me know what you guys want to do. I really don't want this to die off unless you have all lost interest. I just don't want to be the one responsible for so much work being for naught.

I'll miss you all! This has been an amazing world-building exercise, and of all my roleplays, this is the one I'll probably miss the most, having invested so much into it.

We will miss you too, and it was fun world building with you I agree with that !

Agreed, the world building and relationship mapping was a lot of fun.
It's sad that you're going but I'm happy that you're focusing on writing - something I wish I would do more of. Best of luck with that.

I would love for this game to continue. Maybe, if Tao helped you with the plot he wants to take over running for now?
