The night passes as they are want to do, and the next morning you arise at dawn, or perhaps a bit later, and find yourselves in rooms guested to you for the night. Breakfast is provided in the saloon, and soon you're ready to return to Castle Refuge.

The scene in the town is a palpable sigh of relief, or at least that's how things feel to Ben as he takes in his surroundings./ He lets his thoughts wander as he himself has a slow aimless walk... "I'm glad we came and were able to lend a hand. I'm sure the Coffin Nails will be able to handle things now, but we should establish a more permanent line of communication between here and Castle Refuge. I'm sure it would be mutually beneficial. One more foothold against the madness beyond the horizon can't really hurt."

Does this town offer anything up in the way of repairs, refueling, or supplies that we might need? I'm not sure if we'd established that previously.

Chay enjoys the soft bed and ample breakfast and the notoriety. He heads out to Echo to give him the once over, checking underneath, kicking the massive tires, cleaning the glass and looking over the reactor. Other than a few minor dings which he reminds himself to fix later, he is ready to head out. He realizes as he heads back to his room that he no longer pulls his kerchief up over his face. No one seems to care that he is ugly.

Entirely OOC, when we started, I asked for ideas on a burg you call home base. Cartouche is certainly a possibility; their main team has problems and they're not heroic level characters like you, and they're out on the edge of Castle Refuge's zone. As such, until you choose, I've deliberately left it vague.The other possibility is Grief, where this adventure started, or you could be assigned a new one when you're back at Castle Refuge.
Now, if you ask me, Cartouche is the one I had planned.
Echo is nuclear powered and needs no fuel.
