Out of Character

Have you seen or do you have the one where Deadlands Colony takes place, that seemed interesting but I did miss the kickstarter on it.

Hell on Earth? It's Deadlands Reload fast forward through weird wars to the point of space exploration. The 'story' for a game or campaign is where you want it to be so you just have to paint that picture... I.e. Deadlands Noir in NOLA plays differently than same time period in southern France.

I've been looking at Deadlands Revisted. It's pretty neat.

@Cosmic, my first GM game is a Savage Worlds test drive game with new players even. It's going well. Not a bad way to start of your GMing career. Just vanilla SW. You could easily do it.

I didn't even know Weird Wars was part of the Deadlands continuum. ha ha ha, learning a bit today.
I don't think I could run Noir well but I have looked at those book a little bit.

So far so good from my standpoint at least. It is still ongoing. Actually it's a blast to be honest. And I tend to do better with the mechanics as a GM then I do as a player. Maybe because I am concentrating more? Yep there are loads of one pagers and another test drive with pregen characters.

The rifle is already up there next to the launcher but I have to miss a turn in exchange for the +2 shooting I got last turn. But thanks for the offer!! Also while rifles are pretty accurate (I actually have personal experience with them) there is a chance that one of us moves into the line of fire and get's hit by mistake (no personal experience with THAT). The ice things are in melee with the others so...
