Egret, who until this moment was simply listening to the conversation, uses a lull in the dialogue to turn to Brindel and the others:
"My friends, unless there is any urgent matters that we need to resolve together, I think I will take my leave for now," he nods to Feliani.
"I will wait for you outside till we can continue our errand run."
The druid says quick goodbyes to the group besides the hearth and Brytselle - when he manages to pass by her serving drinks, - and, with a slight detour, to the dwarves, before heading for the exit. He plans to just stay at the crossroads until his companions finish their improvised reconnaissance. Maybe he can see if he spots anything interesting about the village in the meantime...
