Apologies for the two I missed.
Maa-Talia: As Claudia arrives, she sees an envoy from another House being chased out of town. It doesn't bode well for her trip. In fact, although no overt action is taken against someone of her social rank, she is never able to secure a meeting with anyone of any significance in Gasharde. Apparently, they mean to play a ruthless game, and are not in the mood to negotiate about anything.
Sharva: The answer you're given is as innocuous as it is vague. Zubech merchants must pay tolls in other waters, so it is only fair they they be subsidized by the fares collected in their home waters. The remark makes sense on its face, but you get the feeling that there's more to it than simple trade balances.

In the aftermath of what the royal house sees as a Fiasco, House Sol's leading members are called to the palace in Mossberg. It is not a request for an audience, it is a summons.
House Gasharde owns so many shipyards now that even the ones they don't own are beginning to cooperate with them, and the price of repairs goes up. Houses that have split territory or more than 50% of their borders on the ocean [Maa-Talia, Sol(35 out of 54), Kraken, Sharva] need to give me a Wealth check (roll d100, get equal to or less than your Wealth). If you succeed, you have enough savings in your coffers to not be badly affected by the uptick in prices. If you fail, you lose 1d6 Wealth.
House Ala is willing to marry off a few of the nobles enmeshed in last season's dalliances to House Maa-Talia, but at a price. Either a dowry or a promise of military support.
House Halas is reporting an increase in orc sightings along their border. Could it be that they've finally decided to stop pushing through the Breach? is it a feint? Or are there actually enough orcs in the northern wastes to push both directions soon?
House Kiralyi begins to tax only House Zubech shipping, leading to border tensions between the two Houses.
A plague sweeps through House Tamer's lands, decimating the population. Houses Sharva and Kraken, roll a Population check, but roll OVER your population to succeed. If you roll under, lower your population by 1d4.
If you have follow-on from last season (e.g. monster-chasing), feel free to continue those lines as well.

The Sharva delegation that had been sent to House Osberg remains there, offering general assistance to the House after their planned alliance with Ala fell through. They don't commit to a specific course of action until Osberg requests something from them, in which case they would decide how much to commit to this potential collaboration.
They ignore the information about attacking orc tribes. Many houses stand between the lands of Halas and the Astrals so there seems to be no urgency regarding this.
Lord Delios' part of Sharva decides to keep an eye on the growing conflict between Zubech and Kiralyi but doesn't intervene. For now, House Sharva just hopes that this tension might reveal Zubech's real motives behind the sudden tolls.
Sharva's mission to get rid of the bandits plaguing the crown lands was a total success. The culprits have been lured into traps, arrested and publically executed by Sharva soldiers. Their stolen goods have been confiscated and returned to their original owners - after deducting a generous finder's reward of course. The Royal House is pleased with the successful completion of the task and has publically, although not enthusiastically, annouced its gratitude to Lord Delios - not to the full House of Sharva, only his faction that attended the banquet.
In order to fulfill this mission without compromising its own defenses, Sharva conscripted more young men into military service, strengthening its army even after the completion of this task.
The plague originating in the land of House Tamer threatened to move over into Sharva lands as they share a rather long border and their people are still very connected after the only very recent transfer of land that came with the marriage between Delios and Ris. When news of the plague became public, High Lord Oslan ordered Delios to close all borders between Tamer and Sharva to protect Sharva people. Peasants who had recently been in Tamer lands were forced to cross the border and stay in Tamer lands so Sharva would not be affected by the plague. While these measures greatly displeased the population, many of whom were now cut off from friends, family and trade partners on the other side of the border, it kept the deaths of Sharva citizens to a minimum.
Lady Ris is working hard on reassuring the population that this measure is only temporary and has managed to keep unrest and dissatisfaction mostly contained for now.
In classic Sharva fashion, the Krakens' letter has not been answered. As Sharva has not taken any losses, monetary or otherwise, from the ship repair monopoly, High Lord Oslan refuses to get involved with this business.

Hearing of House Halas' sightings of increased orc activity, the council decides to send several groups of outriders to patrol the northwestern border. Shockingly one of these patrols comes across a lumber encampment that is under attack by a frenzied orc raiding party. The well mounted and armed patrol is able to kill most of the orcs and drive off the rest with no causalities but the lumber encampment is in a shambles.
The patrol offers the protection of house Bodaway in exchange for shipments of lumber and fealty, which the leader of the encampment gladly accepts.
After reporting back about the orc raid and the patrols success the council decides to send delegates to house Halas and house Namelle to discuss preparations for a potential incursion from the orcs into the North Coast.

Season 2
Rolling and Stats details: hereHouse Gasharde's refusal to discuss the ship repair monopoly last season immediately triggers a contingency plan developed last season with House Fugue. To hide any suspicions, Maa-Talia sends the increased payment for seasonal maintenance of their ships to Gasharde (PASSed wealth check) and informs Gasharde that they will proceed with the scheduled seasonal maintenance. On route to the ship repair yard, Maa-Talia stops to pick up troops from House Fugue, who hide below decks. The fleet then travels to the closest shipyard to Gasharde's capital and docks for repairs at which point the Fugue army surges on land to launch an attack on the capital until Gasharde yields control of at least half their shipyards to House Maa-Talia and some of their mountain land in the east to House Fugue.
As this is unfolding, Maa-Talia received a messenger from the Kraken Society. Despite already setting plans into action, Maa-Talia accepts the invitation to attend the meeting in Larimar regarding the future of the ship repair industry in case reinforcements are needed to convince Gasharde they must relinquish their monopoly. If the current offensive goes as planned, then Maa-Talia will now have a large stake in the ship repair industry, so negotiations regarding future business will still need to be discussed with Houses needing repairs. Holanna Talia, the Quartermaster General of the Maa-Talia fleet, and her husband Granato travel to Larimar on a small fast ship to attend the meeting.
Tonia Talia, Favoured Niece of Claudia Talia (Head of House Maa-Talia) travels to the Royal Capital to mediate talks between the Royal House and House Sol.
Claudia Talia, Head of House Maa-Talia, visits House Ala to discuss their demands of marriage dowry. She explains to the Head of House Ala that she does not believe in dowries and that marriage is a free bond between lovers. Claudia hints that this should please House Ala because it is not clear to Claudia why Maa-Talia would be the one paying dowry given that Maa-Talia's fortunes are on the rise as one of the wealthiest and high-status houses. It might be House Ala that would need to pay dowry to House Maa-Talia. They would have to ask for judgement from the Royal House, of course, and reminds Ala of Maa-Talia's currently high favour with the Royal House (outcome of last season), but then reiterates that she would prefer not to get into such a legal mess and just leave dowries out of marriage. However, Claudia does mentions that House Maa-Talia has had excellent trade yields this season (wealth boost from Ascent) and is looking for places to invest further. If the marriages to go through, then House Ala would be a very likely place to look for future investment, if their friendly relationship continues of course.

In order to take the capital, a fair number of troops were needed, to the point that it would require a suspicious number of ships. However, this was solved by transporting the troops in several batches weeks apart from each other. When the troops were assembled, they went for two wave attack, sending one half first, then another to support them later on in the fight.

Lord of the Planes Delios Sharva sets up strict border controls between Tamer and Sharva land. People who can prove that they have family in Sharva lands and who don't show symptoms of the plague (or any disease) are allowed to pass the border and live with their families. Those without families in Sharva lands are being turned away and denied entry - that includes merchants trying to cross the border for trade.
People who appear sick when trying to cross the border are being arrested and sent to a designated prison by the border where they are incarcerated until they die or no longer show signs of sickness.
A delegation of former House Tamer members is sent into Tamer territory to demand that House Tamer assists in the guarding of the border. While never making threats, the delegation insists that continuing to allow Tamer citizens to pass into Sharva land without permission would be considered a hostile act.
