I did a quick run through your encumbrance on each character. Excuse me if rearranged it some so I could figure where everything went. I unpacked Kits so I could figure encumbrance on each. Those of you with STR 8 will find that your speed is reduce to a speed of 10' and Disadvantages. Classic problem of low STR. You just can't carry very much. We have quite a few weaklings in the party.

Please note that backpack can carry only 30 pounds of encumbrance. I didn't check to see how much was in them, but I did list what was inside and what was attached.

Also cute that a couple of characters have a pet mouse too!

Let me know when each of you are satisfied with your gear.

Do you prefer a character on here or DnD Beyond? I usually use Beyond but did it on here. Whatever works honestly.

Fair enough Gene. I haven't played with encumbrance for a while, but I think it's great. I'll make some changes tonight and confirm when done.

Alright I'm doing a overhaul of my gear now. I'll be putting a detailed list up soon. No problems or worries I'll get it done just not sure where the encumbrance chart is

evecar_solaris I appended a Encumbrance Chart on the bottom of your gear inventory corresponding to your STR rating. Individual encumbrances are posted with the gear listings.

Ok, so we are going hardcore survival mode then?

Nope. Just old school accounting. Like everyone. I want to get it done and move on. Encumbrance brings in some realism. Was the minor accounting for encumbrance too much? Personally to me, it balances players that take a dump stat on STR.

lenpelletier I see the stat change. Not a problem. Backpack is still overloaded with 44 encumbrance and it has a max of 30.

No it's cool, I can always drop my carry all prior to combat or what ever. I did have to take a lighter armor and ditch the crossbow.

I think I have finalised my gear, thanks for waiting. Weight has been put in () behind each item. I have used a (--) to indicate negligible weight as per dndbeyond.

lenpelletier Yep. Can see the changes. You kept the pet mouse. Sling bullets were 1.5 pounds for 20. But that narrowly keeps you in fine encumbrance and moving 25'.

evecar_solaris I see lots of changes. I still show you at 53 so your movement rate is 20'.
