I don't think you are alone; I hear you for sure.
I would say, I check in on this specific game at least half a dozen times per day, usually on my chromebook. When players post I try and immediately jump in and keep things moving along. Sometimes, like right now, I'm on my phone because I usually swing over to my local brewery after work, and then I can comment on things like this, but if I have to drag roll20 into the scene I have to wait until I get home because it sucks on mobile.
I've also noticed that posting has slowed a bit to about 1 post per day for most players since you guys got to the basement of the Moathouse ruins, and the zombie encounter took a really long time, because 12 zombies are tough to kill quickly when players are only posting one time per day.
It seems sometimes the players go on a posting frenzy, and sometimes the players slow down a bit. Its actually pretty rare that I've found myself having to step in and post for another player since we went to the dungeon basement.
Also, I have no intention of spoiling things right now, but how the party decides to deal with doors that are either locked or stuck actually has a purpose here in this basement, directly written into the module, and I'm not just making you roll Bors's open attempts for the sake of arbitraryily making you do it because RAW. I'm honestly less interested in focusing on RAW right now, than I am in seeing how you decide to deal with these doors. It does make a difference as the module is written.
