I responded to that ad for a minute or two before I realized that I just don't have the time for yet another game. Which is a shame, as I've been interested in DCC since I saw it sitting in my local game store. It's definitely my type of game, and not my group's.

@charles.c.cowley: I was on the fence about it as well since this game is my baby and I spend too many hours a day on it as it is, but every time I go to my flgs I see the Quickstart Rules on the shelf for $5 and talk myself out of it by reminding myself that I'm a B/X guy and if Im running a game it's going to be B/X, and I'm not likely to ever find a group that wants to play it. Then a DCC IC came up and I decided I had an excuse to buy the $5 book. So here I am at the brewery reading my new book.

Lol! I wish... Yeah same time, same level of activity. I have 7 games here on GP (but one is on hold so 6 active), 3 games on Mythweavers (one is on holiday hold), 1 game on mRPG (a pbp app for the phone), 1 on RollGate (another pbp app), 1 on Discord (a sweet final fantasy pbp where I play a moogle engineer), I'm DMing Curse of Strahd on Zoom for a group of four and DMing a Dragonlance game for some friends that takes place five years after the cataclysm when Ansalon is still a post nuclear wasteland and focuses on the time paradox Raistlin created during the Dwarf gate wars.

Plus I have a friend that's about to post a new Conan d20 game here starting at 8th level where it's a group of thieves trying to break into the Tower of the Purple Mage. Hope to see some of you apply!

Well it is covid days after all. Not much else to do. Normally I'd be backpacking on the weekends or playing dnd IRL with the pals while the kids run around and break stuff but... Couch city over here. Even at work, surgery has a LOT of sitting around time involved (as a navigator at least) so I just sit around and post while I wait for them to crack the skull open :/

And Angel kills the lizard, the lizard still gets its action, correct?

Oh crap! Good point. See, I forgot already! I'll retcon Elmo's action and put it at the end of the turn, but his die rolls remain.

And yes, If Angel an Lizard have a tied Initiative they both get to act. Even if one or both are killed.

Not sure if I will go with another cleric, I know the group needs one (a 2nd level one that has more use) but I feel like a second cleric might be a pale imitation, ya know? I'll have to spend some time with the books today and see if something speaks to me.
