I can understand that. It's like if your dog dies, and you don't really want to go out and just get another dog immediately because it feel like it's just a replacement dog then. You have to process your first dog being gone first and then maybe you get another dog.

True, but if you can work out a way to get your character back tonthe Moathouse before the party returns with the Loot, your new character will still get an even cut of treasure XP, regardless of how the party divides the actual loot.

Also, I'm regarding Kelric like a dead PC so he won't get a cut of the monster xp for the bandits or giant toads.

Oh wow, I was in South Korea for a few months back when I was a Seabee in the Navy. Pohang, mostly. Got arrested in Osan by Air Force cops and sent to Captian's Mast. Good times!

A buddy and I were really turned off by the bars that were "Americanized" to cater to American servicemen and used to wander off the beaten paths into real South Korea. We met some really amazing people.
