Larry's throw is right on target, the first creature is caught in the middle of the blast and the shrapnel catches the other one, both Mi-Go are blasted into pieces.

Charles takes off from his cover following Larry, he is much more nervous now actively keeping an eye out for any other hostiles.

Getting out is the only thing Rupert cares about st the moment. This has not been the greatest of adventures as he thought. And also he damaged his journal! The tragedy of it all

With the two Mi-Go taken out, you continue to run and are thrown to the ground when there's a mighty ground shaking vibration and a blast that lights up the Moon's far side; a white globe of energy briefly visible before disappearing again.

Pulling yourselves up you trot to your Moon Gate and pass back through into the FOC's basement (-5Magic, -1 Sanity)

Riley comes through last, shouting, "Blow it! Blow it"

Guards hustle you all out of the basement before detonating a number of explosives that destroys the last access from the Moon to Earth.
Congratulations! With the Dimensional Gate destroyed, the Fungi's plan for harvesting our world is over and you have saved the Earth..at least, for a little while longer.

and so ends a campaign that started in April 2016! Thanks everyone for helping me see it through. I'm a little sad Mathis wasn't here to see the finale, but such is the nature of PBP life happens.

Keep hold of your characters. I might run something else in the near future and if you want to use the same characters, I'd love that.
