As far as "surprised" goes, I've basically replace the RAW with "everyone gets a free, unhindered turn" to help keep the pace with the forum based play. Gerbo could have claimed advantage for being hidden in the woods though - not that the outcome would change.Start of Round 1!!

Seeing the closest dude to the entrance fall and another to a double team from Gerbo and Kerisha, Karma turns his attention to the one whom just gave out a squeal. He steps towards RBR2 swing his Warhammer towards the human.

Pulling another arrow before shifting his aim to the loud one he sees Karma engage, he let's loose another arrow. "Try to leave one alive!" He yells out to his comrades, hoping to gain some information before venturing into the cave.

Moving into the fray Karma lets loose with a big swing of his hammer but telegraphs his intention a little too soon. The bandit sidesteps just in time to avoid any damage but, unfortunately for him, ends up in Gerbo's line of fire.
The arrow strikes the man in the side of the thight, just below the hip. He yells out in pain, but is somehow able to stay on his feet, sword still ready to attack.

After skewering her first target, Kerisha continues her charge past the squealing bandit to the last one fully standing.
Her bear like anger still raging, she cleaves with her greatsword, showing no mercy as her blade tastes flesh and blood once more.

Eyes wide with fear, Kerisha's target does his best to brace for the attack, but his efforts prove futile. The greatsword easily brushes away the bandit's weapon that was thrust forward in defense and cuts deep into the man's shoulder, rendering his off arm useless.
Despite the wound the man stands firm, his hand tightening around the hilt of his blade.

Belanor will step out of the brush holding his hands up as if he surrenders. Though more for show than anything. He keeps an eye around the hill for their missing friend.

I would say no but meta knowledge tells me that one. It would be safe to assume they have a friend(s) or possibly another entrance they may be going though to either hide and/or prepare for when we go though this entrance.

Orel runs after the bandits (30' move speed), lunging out at RBR1 and slashing at the back of his legs with the tip of his sword.
Also, if it's alright with the DM, I'm alright with you starting the next turn without me if it's still a "player phase" so to speak (although if you have something planned for the top of the round obviously that doesn't work, lol)

Kerisha is relentless. Her rage still burning deep inside her, she sets off after the retreating bandits. Like a wolf she tracks him down a strikes out to finish him off.

Timing his swing to perfection Orel catches the bandit in the back of the right thigh, slicing into the hamstring. With a screech the bandit sprawls forward onto the ground, his weapon landing a good six feet ahead of him.
While the ringing of Karma's bells seem to have no effect on the last man, Kerisha's sword is another matter. The bandit doesn't stand a chance and is cut down in mid stride.
RBR1 is on his back on the ground, clutching at the back of his thigh.
