Ok I am going to change up my character a bit.
Here is what I am looking to add right now:
Still going to be the main medic but I am thinking of switching my explorer to technician(robot).
Background: Sam grew up on the streets learning all that she could. An older scavenger took a liking to her and took her in. He was a doctor but got into the wrong side of the law so he went into hiding. He taught her what she knows. Hanging around the scavengers she picked up on her thieving skills especially when bypassing security and her robotics skill.
If this is ok with Qralloq She found Trudy in an old wreck and fixed her up. She did register her ownership.
The crew she worked for was doing well but took in a job that was too tough, only she and Trudy got out in one piece.
