I am all for exploring but wading through that water and dealing with crab guts is another thing entirely. , Sam says as she follows along looking into each room.

Hey Sorrack, when absorbing rocks did you ever think about putting them into your hands and using them kind of like brass knuckles?

I have to admit I am kinda split, the technician in me wants to check out the container but the scavenger realizes that rocks can be worth a lot. I mean if a diamond is over there well you may want to rethink just giving the rocks up. I guess i will start with the container and go from there. I am kind of disappointed so far but hey we come this far.

I guess I will help with the container but am curious what Sorrack finds in his pet rock collection. Oh and make sure they are rocks not eggs, otherwise absorbing them might not be a good thing.

Mesec, making a series of theatrical bows towards Sorrack, enters the room with the container while saying over his shoulder:
"This shouldn't take long; keep some pebbles for us to nibble on as well Sorrack, will you?"

Sorrack swings his 'arms' around thinking about having rocks in the ends. He tries to peek around the edge of the door to see past Mesec's big butt. "Hey, remember to lift with your back, not your knees!" he offers helpfully, not really understanding bones and stuff.

Mesec enters the room, and realize the container to be some sort of carrier, flipped on it's side, complete with small air holes, handle, and door. The carrier is empty. Not sure what it was used for. Perhaps to carry one of those crabs? It is certainly big enough for having done so...

Peeking around Mesec she says, Ooh, an alien cat carrier. I wonder what is in it. I could use a pet. I mean they wouldn't let me keep a live pet when I was with my last crew. They said it took up too much air and resources. That is kind of what got me into robotics. Still medicine was my first love but as a scavenger you learn to be flexible. Still Trudy was my best friend.

She does though look around the room just in case whatever was in it is still around. You think you hear her say under her breath, Here kitty kitty.

Whatever must have been carried in there seems to be long gone... However, Sam will notice a few more of those carriers on the ground behind the table.

Ok so we found crab carriers. Though we should still be careful if the crabs got loose, something else may have also when systems began to fail.
She says this while using her rope to tie the undamaged crates together so she can sling them over her shoulder to take them with her.

Hey if any of those rocks seem valuable we can stick them in a crate to take with us.

Kandza chimes in. "Seeing that you've helped save us, I'm sure the Federation Navigation Systems Inc. will be willing to purchase those from you at a fair price..."

He fetches his tech kit out of the 'pocket' he keeps it in, and approaches the locked door keeping them away from valuables.
