They are various ferrous samples, half a dozen of them or so. Nothing extraordinary, but still useful enough to be worth some credits. Though, the fact that they are half melted will probably lower their value somewhat...

Nero grins. "Perhaps the occupants were into collecting things? They seem to have been collecting people down stairs, and by the carriers, they might also have tried to collect acid crabs, so why not adding rocks to the list? Still, if you ask me, a stamp collection might have been a lot less troublesome..."

"Perhaps, but we still have plenty to explore. Also, keep in mind that this compound seems to have been deserted. It is entirely possible pickings will be slim, but they will still be alien artifacts, which might be worth lots to the right people..." Nero mused.

Kandza then turned to Mesec. "Well, he's not wrong, you know. Plus, if those crab things forced to people to evacuate in a hurry, perhaps we'll find more. I'm curious as to what the original inhabitants looked like, and what their language and culture looked like. Hopefully, we'll find some sort of recorded data somewhere..."

Nearly. There are 4 doors left on that floor, and the last 2 don't have any "windows" to let you see in the room...

Looking through the "windows" of the second last doors (and the last rooms to have said "windows").The eastern room seems relatively empty of anything of interest, while the western one seem to have been some sort of infirmary, or perhaps torture room? There is a platform capable of holding a humanoid creature, complete with wrists and ankle restraints, and it seems the arms and legs can swing and be pushed away from the main table. There is some sort of armature which rise from the table and rises above. Also, there are what you could classify as medical carts, flipped on their sides. But there also seems to be a humanoid form slumped against a wall. It seems to be clad in some form advanced polymers and has additional appendages spurting from its shoulders and back, each ones ending in scalpels, syringes, pliers, and needles... Some sort of medical robot?

Nero also pulls out a knife. "With the crabs seemingly gone, I doubt my electromagnetic gizmo will be useful against anything if we have to fight..."

You all enter the room and survey the room. You're not sure what happened here but the place is a mess. There are holes everywhere in walls, floors, ceilings. If they were any sort of medical supplies left, they seem to have been trashed or have spoilt over time... The only thing which seems relatively intact are that dreaded table and the slumped robot.
