Chapter 3 - To Cholganna

AD-hoc, Jeswain and Pergano scramble up the destroyed consoles and onto the ship's ramp. As the ship starts to ease away from the Sa Nalaor's bridge, another Cybernetically enhanced Nexu walks onto the bridge. It casts it's gaze around growling, upon setting it's eyes on the departing group, it turns and retreats into the bowels of the crashed ship.

Just before Dancy begins lowering the ship back into the clearing, you can see through the tree canopy that night is coming. As the ship drifts closer to the ground, the cacophony of sounds shifts into high gear. The jungle is nearly twice as loud at night than it was earlier.

I'm not sure about you guys, but I think we should park and lock the doors for the night. , Dancy announces as she lands the ship.

Pergano lands heavily on a chair in the common area. A little tired from the action with the Nexu.

Are we not going to talk about how those things were cybernetically enhanced somehow? Seems like we have confirmed someone survived the crash.

'Yes. Lock up and keep watch. But if they're cybernetic who made them and why? And are they still in contact or control of them? We should be prepared for an attack overnight.'

Maybe our droid friend could watch the scanners while us that need to get a lick of rest?

'No objections. I will watch the sensors, although I will likely wake someone if the ships weapons are needed' Ad-hoc announces as he heads to watch the sensors through the night.

Ken goes to sleep in the gun turret. 'Wake me if you need something shooting.'

AD-hoc turns on the ships intercom; 'Good morning. We have multiple unknown life forms moving towards us. . . Thank you.'

Pergano hops out of bed and stumbles toward the cockpit, looking out the viewscreen in the direction of the creatures. He hits the comms Everybody to the cockpit we gotta figure out what these things are, except you Ken try and keep them in your sights until we know more. Just don't do anything too reckless.

Blih will move to the cockpit and look in the direction Ad-hoc indicate.

Stifling a yawn Ken fires up the targeting computer. 'Chuba, boska! Need targetting coordinates. Holding fire for now.'

AD-hoc runs a quick calculation before saying 'That is incredibly fortuitous'

"It is most likely that he was keeping watch over the ship somehow. It does make our mission that much easier though.

Think we can raise him by comm or something?"

I would like to go and meet him, I'm sure my presence will put him at ease. IT-3PO starts heading for the ramp to the ship.

Pergano looks at the figures coming their way, something seems odd.

We should be careful here, they have been on this planet a long time with little to no contact with the outside. They may not take too kindly to us visitors. How about we go say hello...but keep our guard up

'Agreed, an abundance of cautious is advised. Perhaps bringing some food and medical supplies is also advisable?'

'Maybe I should have asked this earlier, but this Captain Harsol and the Separatists, how do we think they're going to feel about us?' asks Ken.

'And IT-3PO, remember you work for Reom now. Don't do anything until we say so.'
