I have an idea of playing a game in the early Shadowrun years, like right now in 2021, April 30: Without warning, ten percent of the world's population suddenly mutates. The process then occurs in in utero children. The media calls this transformation "Goblinization."
There had to be a major paradigm shift in society as magic was starting to bleed into the world again.
So a lot is going on, there will be those to investigate this new strange phenomenon. There will be those who will try to exploit it for personal gain. There will be fear and hatred. There will be bursts of wild magic.
A lot is going on, and it could be an interesting setting to play in.
BUT, what stories should we try to tell in such a setting? What do you think?
ALSO What system should we use?
I think FATE or Savage Worlds could be used as a system.
I also have an idea of a rotating GM, where in the first case I am GM and in the next someone else is.
But this idea is only half-baked. If this is going to go anywhere, the idea needs to be nurtured into something viable.

OOC:
My own thoughts are some investigative agents from some global organization, like WHO or UN. I would look to TV-shows like Fringe/x-files/warehouse 13/early episodes of Agents of Shield, for inspiration. I think FATE or Savage Worlds could be used as a system.
