Okay Moon Blade has been added to the House Rules but here it is for convenience
[ +- ] Moon Blade
3rd-Level Evocation
Casting Time : 1 Bonus Action
Range : Self
Components : V, S
Duration : Sustained, up to 10 minutes
The caster evokes a silent, weightless milky-white luminous blade into their free hand. The blade is similar in size and shape to a scimitar, and lasts for the duration. While in hand, the moon blade sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. If the caster lets go of the blade, it disappears, but they can recall the blade as a Bonus Action. The caster can use their Action to make a melee spell attack with the blade. On a hit, which leaves no visible wound, the target takes 3d6 Radiant damage. Further the moon blade temporarily scrambles the magic of the target preventing them from casting spells or calling upon any spell-like abilities until the end of their next turn. Also the functioning of any existing spell conditions upon the target are suspended and any magical items wielded by the victim do not function for the same duration. Undead are effected more severely, as the moon blade causes their substance to boil away leaving behind a permanent visible wound and inflicting an additional 3d6 Radiant damage. This additional damage inflicted upon an undead cannot be recovered.
At Higher Levels: When this spell is cast using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, both the normal and additional damage is increased by 1d6, the maximum duration increases by 5 minutes, with the light radius increasing by 5 feet for each slot level above 3rd to a maximum at 7th level of 7d6 damage for up to 30 minutes shedding bright light in 30-foot radius.
