Greetings...

Hello everyone mormegil here...and I stumbled upon this site after searching for PBP forums to play in to understand the process of roleplaying in general.

Roleplaying career:
This is my first foray into roleplaying...only experience I have about RPGs are from the Infinity Engine videogames Planescape Torment, Icewind Dale, Baldur's Gate etc.

Roleplaying preferences:
something in between...detailed but not too overwhelming for a newbie like me...my friends before leaving to other parts left me with their D&D5E and Pathfinder books so that's what I would like to start with...but I am open to other game systems if someone is patient enough to educate me ^^

Hobbies and interests:
playing videogames, reading novels, writing my own book someday...

And that's it! hope to play with you guys in some capacity ^^

To join a game, keep your eyes on the Games Tavern, where GMs advertise their games and look for players.

Whale come mormegil. You'll have fun around here. Just as Windyridge, I was totally new to ttrpgs, but everyone here is so helpful. Play by post also helps when learning a new system as you have time to read and understand the system you're playing in between posts.
