This is actually our annual trip. My wife's eye doctor is in Tampa and she has to see him yearly and we figured that since Tampa is so close to Orlando...

We'll be going again in December, that time with friends of ours.

But yes, I fully intend to enjoy myself! Thanks!

All, my father-in-law is in the ICU with heart trouble. Please forgive me if I miss a beat and if I am slowing things down too much, go ahead and bot me, please. I don’t know how long this will be, but I expect at least through the weekend.

My own father had something similar the weekend before last, but thankfully it turned out to be more minor than his heart.

He was, coincidentally, at the heart doctor yesterday and fainted due to low blood pressure. His heart stopped briefly and they restarted it and took him to the ER for admission. He coded twice more last night and was revived. Currently, he is stable and has a temporary pacemaker in place. They will be putting a permanent one in tomorrow. Then he just has to overcome aspirational pneumonia and get his kidneys back in order.

That sounds really rough - wishing you all the best so he pulls through it quick and easy.

My father-in-law passed away at 2:04 am this morning. I will be taking a few days to be with my wife during her time of grief and will return shortly. Thank you for understanding.

Sorry for the delay. The next part of the adventure is a bit tricky to run in a live game, and perhaps more so in PBP. I think I've got a handle on it, and I'll just railroad you through it.

@WhtKnt I doubt you'll fall for his shenanigans, but be warned that Jomsviking loves the kineticist build mostly because he doesn't actually know the rules of pathfinder and thinks he has a twink build.

Also, he's notorious for attempting to hog the spotlight on himself by finding ways to exclude the other characters, usually by convincing NPCs to talk to him alone.
