Hello everyone!

This is my first ever experience playing any RPG and I’m really excited to be apart of this community! I recently started watching the Viva La Dirt League videos of them playing D&D and it just looks so fun. I also started listening to the YMIAT podcast which is where I heard about this place. I am trying to start an in person D&D campaign with the starter set but so far I only have one other person interested, that’s the curse of living in a rural area. I am looking forward to getting my fix here instead!

Jokes aside, welcome! :) There are games going up in the Games Tavern pretty consistently, that's where the advertisements for new games go up. DnD 5e is quite popular, I'm sure you'll find one there, soon. I feel you with regards to living in an area where it's difficult to find a game, it can be quite discouraging. I'm glad to be a part of your introduction to the hobby!

Hello and welcome!

D&D is the only system I am currently interested in, since I’m hoping to slowly learn one system at a time, but I am a big Star Wars fan and I had no idea there was a SW RPG game so I’m looking forward to checking that out too!

Thanks for the offer! I am currently started in the DungeonMania campaign and the DM has been great at showing me the ropes! I think I’ll catch on quick and hopefully get involved in another campaign soon
