While Cletus sees a sparkle in the water that can only be his bag of precious ball bearings, meticulously cleaned and ready for sling shotting, and very nearly jumps in after them, Sasha sees a large shadow moving toward the boat. To large by half to be even a Great White, and the shadow is wrong. It's got tentacles, and it's nearly at the bass boat laden with tasty snacks!

"Everyone watch out!" Sasha shouts upon sseing the ominous shadow of the sharktopus. "Dr. Dumbass' pet project is headed for us. Hold on to something." She clicks on the safety harness, warps the assault rifle's sling around her wrist and forearm to keep it from getting separated from her, and takes aim at the underwater fiend. Holding her shot until she has a good bead on it.

Cletus' hand slaps the surface of the water missing his bag of ammunition by mere inches. Hurling insults are going to go so far so instead of diving in the kid runs over to the compartment holding searching for Jim Bellman's prized tackle box. Every time the fisherman returned from Bass Pro he would hold up some big shiny lure. Some of those hooks might do some damage if they didn't get caught in the strap.

Gunfire rips and there are splashes and tracers and smoke and shell casings ejecting -- all to what looks like no effect!
Working at the back of the boat, El Diablo Fuego unmounts the outboard motor and hefts it like a chainsaw! It's still running, and the prop is buzzing like a bastard.
"Aw yeah! Come on ugly! Come give me a kiss now! Let's get romantic!"
BTW, we are going in initiative order, yeah? Matter less this turn perhaps because the poor mutant shark drew poorly.

Awesome, Harrigan. Rule of Cool says go for it. The outboard motor is a melee weapon, and there is no penalty for improvised weapons. So roll Fighting and try to beat it's Parry. If so, we'll figure out damage.load next
