To clarify: Is the +1 skill point an extra one on top of the usual for being Human and Favored Class?
That is 100% correct. Beyond any skill points you would normally get using Pathfinder caracter creation rules, you each get +1 per level with the indicated restriction.

Let me double-check to make sure I included the campaign bonus +1 skill point (in the right place).

All characters have now been accepted! I will get our first in-game post up within the next few days, just finishing a few prep-items before we start.

An ask from you all - many of you took various traits/feats that augment your saves versus mind-affecting and/or fear effects. May each of you please post your total Will save bonus against fear affects here in this thread?

Axon's will save is 6, plus +2 on saves against mind-affecting effects.

Elias's total bonus 9n a Will save is +6. That includes what he get from the base, attribute, and feat.

Razhel has a total of +7 against Fear

Iosef adjusts his glasses and gives you a stoic stare. "I am using this space for testing" he says with a prominent Varisian accent. "Thank you for understanding."
OOC:
Iosef's Will is all he has against fear (outside of spells), for +5 total.

Grim +12 vs Fear

"We shouldn't fear the darkness, only approach it cautiously," the tall sorcerer advised his new companions.
Equinox says:
Grim +12 vs Fear
"My God... Some of us fear nothing!"

Next question for everyone -

Apropos of nothing, please take a moment to list your character’s greatest fear.

Ooh, that's a tough one.
After some consideration, I'd have to say Iosef's greatest fear is knowing about some imminent danger, but being helpless and unable to do anything about it.

Separate question: Are our characters immediately aware that they're missing 5ish years? Or do they not realize how much time has passed?

"I would like to say I fear not knowing, I fear there being things beyond my grasp or my understanding. In truth, I fear what we all fear: helplessness, powerlessness, being at the mercy of malignant or indifferent powers far greater than ourselves. I've tasted a bit of that before; it is truly bitter, and I don't want to taste its like again."

I'm sure this'll never come up.

They will be aware that something's not right with their memory. Everyone's missing time will be different. They'll each know they have no recollection of waking up where they're at and will recognize that there's a blank spot from their last clearly-recalled memory to 'now'. As the game unfolds (or when they look in a mirror) they'll probably be able to figure out about how much time its been.

NAH! It's a purely hypothetical question, of course ;)

Razhel would most fear being forgotten, alone, unwanted, and unfulfilled in life.
Feb 11, 2022 10:10 am
Grim really has few fears, as his whole life has been steeped in horrors and he communicates with the dead on a regular basis.

One issue which might give him concern, would be to consider if the fiend his mother made the pact with that has put the Tainted Spirit drawback on him, might come looking to collect more than the vitality bargained for.
