Just To Make Sure I Understand the Damage System is both Physical and Mental Stress Required to Remove you or are they used for separate types of encounters?

Anyway What I'm Thinking is a Mild Consequence 4 of seven and then take the rest on the Physical stress track is that correct?

You use stress to absorb shifts and stay in a fight. You can absorb physical attacks with your physical stress track and mental attacks with your mental stress track. You technically don't have to use stress, but you can't stay in a fight for long that way. You're correct about how the consequences and stress work together. May I suggest Cracked Ribs?
