Chapter 1: Meeting the Cuckold Moose

"Blood... death... pain... yes master..." I shift slightly and fall back asleep, finishing up my rest a short while later.

Malethor's unblinking gaze shifts briefly to Xhava as she talks in her sleep, then turns back to Zephyr and Droop.

After my test, I stand back at attention, "Now what?"

The goliath spent his time attuning to the necklace he traded. When Xhava speaks, he slips the necklace over his head.

"We can get back these supplies to the dwarf," says Skeinkaldr, "or keep on clearing this place."

Stabbing Redcloaks has always been a favorite dream of mine. I wouldn't mind some additional chances to take my revenge on them for their actions. Zephyr says quietly.

"You spoke of a legendary sword." Malethor glares at Zephyr. "I desire it. If these Redcloaks stand in our way you shall have your revenge."

"He has a god to kill. A legendary sword could help with that."

Skeinkaldr stands, letting the necklace rest upon his chest. "Let's get on with it, then."

"Well? What are we waiting for?"
