Yer boy was gone long before I found 'im in tha wood. Probably passed before we even found ya on tha road. Izen pulls Celestyna close and makes an effort to comfort her. He'd've bin gone in a flash. No time ta suffer before he passed. Painless an' quick.

Izen pulls Celestyna in close, comforting her. She feels hesitant and distant "At least he didn't suffer." Izen not wanting to over push the boundaries, starts to lead the way again. You arrive at the two makeshift graves, she hands off the body to Izen and makes her way to them, kneeling between them when she get there. She places a hand on both and sits there for a moment in silence. After a while she breaks it without moving or turning she softly says"Tell me...how did they die? Did they suffer?"
OOC:
Tol and Izen both know that the killing blow was quick(via smashed in face and a snapped neck) but the battle wasn't enjoyable for any of the party involved.

"Ma'am, I don't think it would make you feel any different, knowing how a couple bandits died. You shouldn't dwell on such things." Ramiel suggested.

OOC:
Tol, why don't you take this one I've been talking a lot.
Jul 25, 2016 4:21 pm
You hear a deep breath come from her, as if trying to keep calm "The common bandit to you, perhaps. To me however, they are the men that took my son. Matters that involve my son, I will dwell on as long as necessary."
Jul 25, 2016 4:39 pm
Ramiel let out a long, drawn out sigh.

"Do you wish to see their faces?" He asked, "If you think this will make you feel better, I can excavated them in an instant and bury them in the next."
Jul 25, 2016 8:33 pm
"No, I wouldn't want to push that burden on you. It is best to leave to below, burried. I simply just wish to hear how they died."
Jul 25, 2016 8:49 pm
"To sooth a grieving heart is no burden at all." Ramiel said solemnly.
Jul 25, 2016 9:18 pm
You see the back of her head nod in acknowledgement "I appreciate it but as I said those below should remain below."
Jul 25, 2016 11:02 pm
Béke lets out a gentle relieved sigh knowing that the dead will not be unburied.

Gala also is relieved and hopeful she can begin to reconcile
Jul 26, 2016 4:53 am
Ramiel quietly approaches Beke.

"Seeing that you are one who walks in the light, is there something you can do for this poor woman?" He asked in elvish, trying not to make his requests too obvious.
Jul 27, 2016 12:40 am
Nodding to Ramiel, "I am but a wonderer from the woodlands, but I'll will see what can be done" Béke responds in her native tongue.

Slowly approaching Celestyna, Béke quietly speaks. "My friend here is correct..." she motions to Ramiel "...to dwell on those that committed this most terrible act is to give those of their ilk power over you that they do not deserve."

Her demeanor suddenly changes as she stands directly face to face with Celestyna. In a confident voice she adds "But know this. Their suffering has just begun and it will be eternal!"

As Béke approaches, Celestyna's head still faces the ground, palms still resting on the make-shift graves. Béke feels her words are falling on deaf ears until the silence is broken, in a soft spoken voice, barely audible Béke "You're right, amongst my hate, I have forgotten to love." she stands slowly, her head still facing the ground. Béke makes her way around to the front of her, lifting her head up to be face to face and with a confident voice "But know this. Their suffering has just begun and it will be eternal!" a single tear falls down her face and she embraces Béke "Thank you" then turns towards the rest of the group "Thank you all." She walks over to Izen, taking Edmon from him, "You are a kind soul. Thank you, most of all, for all you've done." She then begins walking in the direction of the tavern.

Ramiel waits for Celestyna to be out of earshot before speaking again.

"Poor woman just lost the only thing she cared about." The sorcerer said quietly, "Is there a way to right this wrong?"
Jul 27, 2016 6:59 pm
Izen sighs. Tha only justice I can give lies in those graves. Did ya find any work in tha town?
Jul 27, 2016 7:45 pm
"No, spent all my time looking into her story and watching Ramiel drink. Her husbands not much seen around the tavern as of late, could be he's frequenting another watering hole or perhaps disappeared. Perhaps someone else should take the lead on this job hunting task, im more of a follower than an inquisitor."
Jul 27, 2016 8:24 pm
"There was a job for monster extermination, if my memory serves me correctly. I was quite intoxicated last night, but it was right next to the fiery grog challenge." Ramiel said, "Perhaps we should ask about it, if we are in need of a job."
OOC:
edited to make it clear.

OOC:
There was only two signs, the monster extermination and grog challenge. Unless I read that wrong. Ah ok that's better.
Where are you guys headed?
