Being as close to you are to the hammer, you hear why so many darkmantles have gathered here, the hammer emits a constant hum, which seem to have drawn them in.

I believe Ramiel is still holding the scroll, Béke or Elnorath are the two able to cast from it.

It is a Scroll of Silence.Edit: If the spell is on your class's spell list but of a higher level than you can normally cast, you must make an ability check using your spellcasting ability to determine whether you cast it successfully. The DC for it is 12. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no other effect.

After studying the scroll for a few moments Elnorath passes it back to Ramiel "I'm afraid this is beyond me at the moment. I am also not in any great shape after my last encounter with one of those things so I will be better covering whoever is going for it with my bow"
