You guys start to make your way to the door you couldn't open, Silene's lantern lighting the way. You pass by the room you met Nibbles in and you see his outline, glittered like stars.

You hear a startled squeak, the outlined figure turns and runs over, dropping the invisibility. "Oh, thank you it's you. Did you find what you were looking for?"

Elnorath blinks for a moment before stopping himself from doing something rash It talks? Well the others seem to trust it.... he thinks to himself before relaxing somewhat but still resolving to keep an eye on the 'rat'

"I don't know anything about the door, the rat king doesn't like me being around it, everything is a clever guess. I've never seen the rat king go to the door without a flower so one could assume it has something to do with the door or he is using the flowers for one of his experiments but that brings up the question of him not leaving his room. Is he done with his experiment and not require the flowers anymore or do the flowers have to do with the door and since he hasn't left, he has no need for the flowers?" As you're walking towards the door, you pass by the room that you avoided last night, you hear chains rattle and a faint, brittle and parched, voice call out "please."

"Yes, the Black Lotus," says Silene, remembering the discovery of stains on the door. "Like, we had gone to the waterfall to see if any grew there, when we got distracted by all the... things."

Getting up quickly Elnorath tries to hide his embarrassment by moving towards the bound figures "Are you hurt at all?" he says as he gets to the figures, quickly checking them over one at a time.

As Elnorath approaches, Allister instinctively flinches as he makes contact to check on his well being. Looking up with a sneer on his face he sees the person that is standing before him and his face softens. A brief glimmer of hope shows itself in his eyes, but only for a moment as he looks around and takes in his surroundings and shakes his arms to confirm the shackles are currently still in place. As he looks around he sees his friend Solus also shackled to the wall, and even though he is in a similar state as Allister, he smiles knowing that at least he is alive.

Looking at the man who spoke to him, Allister can't help himself but laugh. As the husky sound comes from his dry throat, he makes eye contact,
"My apologies. I laugh not at your words, but at the irony of where I find myself. If I had use of my hands and tools, it would be nothing for me to unlock these bindings."
Laughing again, this time with less energy behind it.
