As he and Solus finish gathering their gear and getting things in their proper places, Allister goes back to doing some stretching to limber up and loosen his aching joints.

"You have no idea how good it feels to be free of those chains. I mean, you can probably guess at it, but would fall short, I'm certain."

Looking around the room at the rest of those standing around,

"I have no idea how to get out of here, so if its all the same to the rest of you, I would prefer to tag along. Safety in numbers and all that. I don't mind going ahead to scout ahead when needed, as long as you let me know two things as we go."

Smiling as he looks to Solus, as though he is about to say something very witty, and then back to the group.

"First - tell me which direction to go, and second, let me know that you will come running when I stumble into trouble."

I have to admit that he does in fact rarely stumbles into trouble...but when he does, it tends to be the worst kind.

"Like, come on, then," Silene says in her strange dialect. "I figure you two would like to meet the one who locked you up, just as much as we want?"

However, Silene does not look at Allister and Solus. Rather, her attention is on the child still shackled to the wall.

Standing back from the group, Allister slowly pulls his daggers out of their sheaths. As the flat black blades come free they don't reflect any light from the torches. Continuing to back up slowly,

"If we are to release him, lets have at it and be ready for what comes of it."

As he trails off, Allister blends back into the shadows within the room.
