I think this sounds perfect! Ianril would have used his influence to make sure you were assigned to him as often as possible once he realized you got along, and especially when Ianril planned his absconsion from the household.

I'm loving the world building! And having some connections between characters ahead of time will make things even better.

I'm hoping to make the first in-game post on Tuesday, June 14. Assuming everyone is ready with their characters. I'll be checking back over this weekend and looking over the characters as they get submitted. Feel free to ask any questions you might still have here or in DM.

Thanks C1NDER! The actual birthmark on Celeste's neck is not as defined as the image. It is supposed to look like a cross between a star and sword, sort like a star/blaze on a horse's face.

I dig it. So Dame Greta Azura - I imagine her involvement in in any rebel groups is completely unknown to outside parties, right? Did the grandmother raise Celeste amongst the nobility as well, while also stoking and supporting the seed of rebellion within Celeste?

So, it seems Celeste and Ianril both have roots to the nobility pre-dating the current, evil rule of the region.

Semac has found the roots of an old religion that is urging her to right the wrongs set upon them by the evil ruler

Our Cavalier seeks redemption, something that Semac is big on; part of the redemption righting wrongs and ridding the land of evil?

Would perhaps seifi's cavalier and Semac have met before and be traveling together? Would he latch on to her as a sort of beacon of inspiration towards the redemption he seeks. Would the 'order' he devotes himself to be an order of his own making...an Order of Semac/Doncor?

Regardless, it seems all our characters have that overarching disposition to make the world better.

@GeneCortess I kind of doubt there would be any viable order for my cavalier setting-wise, my original thought was that my character would be Semac's first person that she (intentionally or not) converted to her faith. Perhaps he would later on even try to create such an order?
Of course, if that does not fit your vision, I can go for a different flavor, this was simply the first idea.

I haven't finished with her buys yet, as I am waiting to see how the group kit's out.

I had so little money, I could only really pick up the bare minimum for my character - Rapier, a handful of daggers, Leather Armor, and a Pathfinder's Kit. It works well for my idea of him eschewing the noble family he's setting aside.

I really like all the character portraits I've seen so far btw - lookin good folks!

Do we think we want to start with our characters coming together, or should we have already been traveling together for a bit?

With our Cavalier being Ianril's bodyguard/friend, running away with him, but also swearing his oath to the ideals of Semac's deity, perhaps it makes best sense that we've met up all together sometime in the recent past (like a couple months back?)

I think that we have enough stuff put out about how we all got together. I don't think filling it out to the letter is needed.

It appears to me the Semac, Celeste, Ianril, (seifi Cavalier) all are friends and know each other for at least a year or more.

Starting gold for Galawan

How is the group set on provisions, transportation, and traveling accommodations?

Galawan has a Cavalier's kit (This includes animal feed (5 days), a backpack, a bedroll, a belt pouch, a bit and bridle, a flint and steel, an iron pot, a mess kit, a riding saddle, rope, saddlebags, soap, torches (10), trail rations (5 days), and a waterskin).

Oh and obviously, a horse.

Celeste is buying, for the group, a donkey (with harness, pack saddle, saddle bags, feed (5 days) and lg. tent

Brilliant! I rolled poorly on starting gold - 60gp is all I had, just enough for basic traveling gear (backpack, bedroll, rope, flint/steel etc), weapon and armor. No transportation, though I suspect Galawan may have allowede to ride with him perhaps from time to time.
