Scene 2: Cursed blood

As the Kidnapper steps towards Claire, Nathaniel quickly tries to stop him. As shouting doesn't seem to be enough, he looks around for alternatives...

The creature continues its march as Claire slowly steps back away from it in fear of the strange being that almost took her once already. meooooaaaaw The sound of a cat protesting against being thrown cuts through the cold night air, distracting the kidnapper for a second, a brief moment, but long enough for it to notice Nathaniel's arm dissolving into a pool of goo."Mr. Meowgi!" the creature says as it notices the cat gracefully landing on its paws, almost magically so. The creature, ignoring everyone else looks up at Claire, but she is no longer there. "Where is the girl? What did you do?" he turns to ask Roderick.

Elias steps in, ready to fight this thing, but then Alexander jumps, bearing the pagan bust. The kidnapper looks at him wide eyed, parallelized as if haunted by painful memories. Alexander hesitates for a moment, but then lowers the heavy stone statue, crushing the creature's skull.

Still, he stumbles back, dizzy, but far less affected than one would expect. He points his bony fingers at Alexander and then at the statue "Brother!" and that's when the earth starts to shake, graves are lifted by the force of the awakened rocks that emerge from the underground. As sudden as it starts, it ends. The creature is quickly trapped in a stone cage and dragged down by through the soft mud, wailing as it is buried under the weight of rock and earth.
