OOC:

We'll skip over @neoanomally then who has been offline for 12 days. Or rather, I'll act for Ansel

Reviewing, I don't think Kvarek actually performed an action, @Esidrix

Ansel hammers the first spearman ... but fails to connect.

Review
Two archers and two spearmen were on either side of the clearing.

To one side, a spearman has been cleaved in twain, and Oria whacked the other. The two archers had fired at Kvarek.

The other two spearmen on the other side, are close to Ansel and Bartalom. The archers on the other side, one had fired at Bartalom, and the other tried to get up but fails to do so.

Yikes, and correct. I should have attacked after my defense rolls.

Grunting with the impact of the arrow. Kvarek advances on the archers and takes another big swing.

Positioning and Situation
Two archers and two spearmen started on either side of the clearing.

To one side, a spearman has been cleaved in twain, and Oria is engaged with the other. Two archers had fired at Kvarek, and Kvarek advanced, attacking one and wounding it for 3.

The other two spearmen on the other side, are close to Ansel and Bartalom. The archers on the other side, (one had fired at Bartalom and was slaughtered by Lothar in retaliation) and the other tried to get up but fails to do so.

Lothar's arrow finishes off the fallen elf.

The spearelves near Ansel and Bartalom attack Ansel. Roll under your Defense at -3, or take 4 damage (less your armor which you can also roll). Do that twice.

The one near Oria harasses her with his spear. Roll under your Defense at -3, or take 4 damage (less your armor which you can also roll).

The archers near Kvarek attack him with short blades. Roll under your Defense at -3, or take 4 damage (less your armor which you can also roll). Do that twice.

Everyone can act again. If you were asked to roll defense, roll your actions in the same post.

Oria reflexively hops to the side in an attempt to dodge the spearman's arrow but doesn't succeed. She is thankful for her amour.

Kvarek weathers their attacks, dodging one and his armor deflecting the other. His own attack cuts one (1 damage).

Oria takes 3 damage from the spearelf's attack (4 less the 1 she rolled for her armor), but drops him to the ground with a devastating blow from her sword.

Update: The two archers are both dead on one side, with the spearmen engaging Ansel. On the other, the spearmen are dead, with Kvarek engaging the two archers.

Ansel, Bartalom and Lothar are all up.

Bartalom winces as the arrow pierces his armour but he remains resloute. Striking a defiant pose, he once more hurls a Brimstone Cascade towards the elven archer

Bartalom roasts an elf, his flames nearly completely consuming the attacker. He struggles but can't get up.

OOC:

I'll act for Ansel. Accurate is 13, but +2 for Advantage on attacking a prone character, and -3 for the elf's defense, gives a TN of 12. He rolls just under that.

Ansel attacks the fallen warrior at his feet, hitting him lightly. The elf stands up and retaliates.

Two Defense checks from Ansel, or take 4 damage from each miss. One Defense check from Kvarek or take 4 damage. Both of you can roll your Armor if you fail a check to reduce that damage.

Everybody can act!

Positioning Update: The two archers are both dead on the left hand side, and two spearmen are dead in the middle right.
In the middle, two spearmen are engaging Ansel, one prone and wounded.
On the right hand side of the treeline, Kvarek is engaging one archer, and the other is roasting on fire from Bartalom's spell, hurt grievously and prone.

Oria: Strong 15 less 3 for their defense, plus 2 for a prone target, gives a TN of 14. The 11 is a success. 3 damage less 2 armor is 1 damage.
Kvarek: Accurate 15 less 3 for their defense gives a TN of 24. The 15 is a miss.

Oria wounds the burning archer further, but he's still alive. (8 damage out of 10 max)

Kvarek misses the other archer with a ferocious blow.
