Ken ponders for a moment, no idea on the droids. If they have blaster rifles, that's nearly a 1000 credits each. Of course, resale would be half-ish. Might need to go count and see what we have. Thats when Ken remembers the original Job was exploration. They were promised 10% of the haul (minimum) if they call it in to IsoTech to come with a ship and guys to load it all up. That would also streamline the process of selling it all...
"We should maybe check the rest of the place before we call?" Meebo says. "AD-hoc, are there any security cams you can access? Maybe we can explore without actually exploring?"
"I agree, let's see what we can find before we call anything in. There may need to be some things that are off the record." Nox spreads a devious grin.
"I was fortunate to even get the map. There are either no security cameras,or I can't access them. Although the end result is the same: we have to search this place manually."
AD-hoc's assessment, though not optimal, rings true. In the meantime, everyone can feel the pressure of the air pressing in on their suits and the artificial gravity is nearly full strength. There is a vibration coming from the floor that causes everyone to relax just a little. The station is on and the strange sensation of quiet has been replaced with the 'normal' hum of a working space facility.
AD-hoc checks the console to confirm "It says the environmental systems are functioning. If you insist on shedding the suit, I suppose one of you will have to be brave and check."
Unzipping his suit, Ken gulps in the clean air, so much better than the stale stuff served up by the rebreather. 'Can't wait to get out of this thing.' He pulls on his goggles and checks his weapons are all in place. 'Time for an inventory?'
AD-hoc answers "I understood them to be gifts, or at least necessary tools for the job. Either way I'd suggest keeping them in case you find yourself in a similar situation."
