New to here, Old to gaming

Hello all, Forgedchaos here. I learned about this place through reddit. I've been playing role playing games for a long time now, I started back with Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (1e for you younger folk) I've played many many different systems over the years, but had to take a break for quite some time, but with Wizards putting out some of my old favorites in 5e I had to start back up again. Now I have the itch to run again and have a game set up, Im just learning a bit more about here before I put out a recruitment post.

Well thank you all! Im glad I found this place. I just got a new job as a library clerk so have more access to online gaming now. Im just trying to figure out how to tie in this to make a display in our teens department. Im to low of classification yet to start up a gaming club but i do have full access to our display boards.

I have run high-school extramural creative writing classes using Play by Post RPGs. That sounds like a great thing for a library too, I never thought of that, but then, in my day, the library computers were all green-screens with special keyboards. :)

You might also be interested in looking through some public games as well to get a feel for the site.
