As an update, yeah - since the original post here, I've used 2 hero points (one in late September and one in November). I currently have him at 1 hero point on his sheet. How many would we have gained by now, were we doing it as 1 at beginning of each month?

Yes, new month and a hero point for all. Igbork used a heropoint early in january and will get that back and since no one else (except Grom) used a hero point in January everyone but Grom is back at 3.

And it's about time I awarded Hero Points anyway, so all of you get one. Will change to award one at the beginning of each chapter. That should about equate one session in real time.
