The Meeting...

Felix and Logan hop in there car, enter the warehouse address and head out on the road. Walter gathering his gear does the same.
The weather changes from the light drizzling of rain to a torrent down pour. Thunder slowly rolls across the sky and lightning flickers everywhere.

The drive takes 45 mins down a few side road before turning off onto some onto a winding muddy dirt roads. With Felix and Logan in the lead Walter pulls in behind. The down pour is starting to make the road kinds of rough. After a drive the road turns and it crest at the top of a small hill. Down below in a valley a flash of lightning reveals and old dilapidated looking warehouse.



Felix's and Walter's both start ringing. It is Piper with a group call...
"Hey. I would pull over before you get much closer. This warehouse is really strange..."

"Yeah. That is Walter. He in on the call also... " She pauses and sighs and begins rattling off information. "This warehouse doesn't exist. I can not find and records of it at all. No deeds, floorplans, date of construction, no purchase of land, Nothing... It is not connected to any of city utilities, gas, water, electric. Nothing. I don't think I would have even found it if I wasn't tracking the kidnappers... Google Maps has nothing there, a bunch of other satellite show nothing also. I think I was just lucky found the right one at the right time. Even now the image of the warehouse is glitchy. So what I am saying is I got nothing... You will be going in blind..."

@RoAries (You can roll Arcana but at Disadvantage. You are a good distance away from the warehouse and it is dark and rainy)

Peering through the binoculars you search around the Warehouse.
You spy a sets of muddy and overlapping tire ruts heading into the main closed garage door of the warehouse.
You see no security cameras or from what you see any other means of Security.
No guards, hounds, or drones flying about...
You see a closed single metal door a few feet away from the main garage door.

The warehouse itself is about 150ft away from your current in a small valley. Trees and bushes surround the warehouse until about 30ft. After the 30ft of brush is clear open muddy grass.

Besides being old and rusty and dented the warehouse has no signs if graffiti. You don't gleam any hints of magic or magical forces at work.

The group grabs their gear and gets out of the cars into the evening thunderstorm.
You head to the edge of the forest and start circling around the warehouse.

Your clothes quickly get soaked and your boots start sticking in the mud...
