The group takes flight with Lily on rear-guard and the eerie, hovering mass of veins and lights coming along right behind them. They are heading back down the hallway the way they originally came, towards the open door that leads downstairs to the tunnels, but also that keeps going past, to
another series of doors that look like they also might be cells. Across from that door they came through, lit by the teens' madly bouncing cell phone lights, there is also a set of stairs going up to what must be the ground level of the building.
"I don't know!" Priya half-shouts as she runs, tears streaming from her eyes.
"I-I think yes? I couldn't see anything in there once I woke! It was dark! But I did hear other doors opening and closing!" The brown-skinned girl is doing her best to keep up with Fred, but doesn't have her own light and is slowing the boy down. Her blouse, fitted so perfectly to her figure (in other circumstances, Fred would have been
very distracted by it), isn't just stained, some of the racing kids notice. It stinks, too -- like the strange yellow fluid they've been finding here and there lately.
OOC:
If not clear, there are four ways to go: through the door and back down to the tunnels, whence you came; straight ahead, down another door-lined hallway; left up the stairs; or turn around and head back towards the thing and the cells you were checking out.
