Greetings & Looking for DM for solo game

I’ve been looking around on some of the PbP sites for a solo/duet experience, and have had minimal success. I’m also brand new to the site, so hello all!

As a backstory on myself, I’ve been doing text based RPs for the last 13+ years, with starting TTRPGs about 8 years ago. I’ve done most of my games in D&D 5e, with some experience in Pathfinder. I’m very big into narrative and deep character driven stories, especially with how I build my characters.

I’m looking for a DM that would be up for doing a Duet RP game, with any system up for grabs. I have a few character concepts in mind, with the majority of them being more fitting for a high fantasy environment.

I like duet games, but I don't really play much high fantasy anymore. If you feel like it, send me some of your non-fantasy ideas and I'll see if there is something there I might be up for running.

I actually tried running a dnd one on one duet type game in the past as a dm on here but the player I did it with wasn't committed as well as didn't post for a post once a day game and I had to retire the game but I would love to actually do that again one day. I'm actually a fan of high and dark fantasy dnd type stories that are character driven and stuff.

The last one I tried doing was a homebrew one where the main character was a princess of a hill giant kingdom whose father was killed by assassins on her birthday and she and her best friend who was a Cloud giant were about to go adventuring when the game came to an abrupt stop.

I don't know how a dnd duet game would work on here though but at least I tried my best. I have seen the actual play dnd duet game with Stephen Colbert and Matthew Mercer and the dnd duet videos on YouTube though.

Would you want to discuss it over something like discord or through DMs?
