Goldie
Goldie is quick to respond to Seally, even bowing slightly as she responds. You can tell she reacts differently to an heir of House Llewyn than the others.
"Dame Seally, the ship's weapons systems are not functioning. I will route diagnostics to engineering."
Greener calls back, demanding to speak over comms. Goldie puts his face up on monitors in engineering and the bridge so you can all interact.

Alan Greener
"We've sent word to Barvinn, but they don't have much time. According to your scan, that place is going to be under a pyroclastic flow in a matter of minutes. I don't think anyone will ..."
He pauses, something caught in his throat. He wipes a hand across his brow and fixes his calm.
"Please, Travellers - can you help those people?"
As the Manoeuvre Drive roars to life, Zuni is locked and loaded in the pilot seat. This time the controls respond as he expects. Goldie indicates how you can overlay the LiDAR data onto the viewport so you can see through the thick cloud of ash that is billowing up from the side of the mountain and is now blotting out the sun.
OOC:
Your ship does have a missile turret, but like a lot of things on this ship, it's busted. Emergency repairs can be undertaken to get it to fire at least one missile, but it'll be time-consuming. Also, blowing the plug might relieve pressure to stem the flow on the south side of the volcano and buy time, but it would take some very precise shooting to not cause an even worse eruption: Very difficult (12+) Gunnery (Turrets) task (INT or DEX, instant). Godlie's Gunnery/2 software will give you a +2 to this task.
To fix the missile turret, it'll be the same check as before: Average (8+) Engineering (M-Drive) check (INT or EDU, 2d6 minutes)
You could also fly down and try to mount a very fast evacuation, possibly working in concert with Greener who is on the line with you and Barvinn.
Or, you could just fly off to space and put Walston behind you, and start your star-faring adventures, for that matter!
