Kleber gets out of the cart alert with a short sword in each hand, he stops dead near the door and stares open-mouthed at the gigantic multicolored tent that appeared out of nowhere. Quickly snapping out of his surprise Kleber yells."EARIC, what the hell is this!"

Some strange catlady invited us over and to the circus. 37 and Vice already went inside. I am worried about them. I could enchant one of you, or am item, with magical silence. It may help protect against whatever charm was laid on them. It would extend 20 feet so would be quite noticable inside there. I do not wish to start trouble but Aureon frowns on the misuse of magical power to subvert another will.

With a shrug he confirms Kleber's concerns True, it will prevent me casting other spells if I remain too close to whomever or whatever I enchant. And it will make talking a problem but the prescription it can offer may be more valuable. I am not sure.
I merely suggest it as an option.

Gzizmix recalls reading a passage in the Colonel’s journal. In particular of a visit he had with his wife at the Circus Phiarlan during some downtime. The circus was quite famous in the nation of Cyre and he commented that the entertainment was among the best House Phiarlan had to offer. You also recall a reference to the a cat folk ringmaster and something called the "Wheel of Death".
