Gzizmix looks to the pieces of soarwood that led the group this far. While there is a denser concentration in the sky here, the larger pieces are closer to the wreck itself.

300 feet is a long way. I doubt we could climb it even if we have enough rope.
I too will not go up at this time as Malbor can not take us all. I suggest we return to town and prepare before ascending

"I find myself agreeing with the idea of returning to the outpost to get properly prepared for this," 37 chimes in. "That said... I feel like if Malbor insists on going up, perhaps I should go. If something happens, I don't need food or drink to survive up there."

While everyone is weighing in on Malbor’s plan, Earic breaks out his journal and his map. He begins taking notes while glancing around the area, finding reference points and amending your current location. Since Core and Gzizmix have taken an interest in the map, he shares his findings.
"By my calculations, we travelled nearly twenty miles further north than I originally thought."
Core looks over the map and takes account of the time of day. He’s feeling pretty comfortable with the cart’s abilities now. While it was slower going on the way in, Core realizes the cart could just make it to the edge of the Mournland by nightfall. Possibly back to Salvation just after dark, if the group leaves quickly.

Malbor seems strangely confident and assertive, much more so than he has been up until now.

After considering the map and timing, Core says, "We need to had back now if we going to. It will be a fight to back by night fall, but we should at least get out of these lands."

"If I may?" 37 interjects as the debate about what to do swirls. "Malbor and I can go up. The rest of you head back. That gives us a night to find a proper piece of wood and prepare for your return. The rest of you return to Salvation, deliver the General, get any supplies we need, and leave before sunrise to be back come daylight. I am certain we can make camp for one night... that high up, I feel there aren't too many things that can threaten us.

Core says, "In this land it is safest to travel in groups rather than just single and pairs. We should not break up. We are the only ones that know of this so it will be safe on our return."
