OOC:
Is the red-haired man the same red-haired man who was dressed as a police officer earlier?
The gigantic man known as Simon returned to Eunice.
"It's not here,"
The look on Eunice's face was hard to read, especially because it was face down in the palm's of her hands, and she was shaking. A quiet chuckle could be heard coming from her, but it was obvious that she
wasn't happy with the situation when she turned her head up and began laughing. Her laughter became a cackle, one the sent shivers down everyone's spine; Simon made an audible shuddering sound. Her cackling became a cacophony, and as she looked up at the ceiling, with her hands almost clenched, she almost looked like a mad scientist, albeit one dressed to the nines.
Actually, to Lucius and Alfie, she
did look like a Mad Scientist, as he hair sprung out of her tightly wrapped bun and revealed a mass of wiry gray white and black hair that sizzled with electricity. Her eyes were blood shot, and she looked like a woman possessed by a maleficent force.
Her chauffer Simon was now, almost impossibly, an even more imposing figure, his broad shoulders, muscular build, and large, powerful hands. His skin was now grey in color, his brow quite pronounced, his eyes deep-set and sunken in, all adding to an eerie and intimidating appearance.
Despite the fact that it was the middle of the summer, the sky outside suddenly became dim, and it began raining down. As Eunice's laughter reached it's full height, thunder and lighting cracked and crackled outside.
OOC:
While Alfie has likely unwittingly seen the supernatural before, this would be the first time he's actually
witnessed it and couldn't deny what he sees. Lucius, this is still rather terrifying for you as well. Alfie is subjected to a Medium Shock, and due to his Unmasked perk, Lucius treats it as a Minor shock instead of a Medium shock. Both of you need to make Resolve saving throws against fear, with a DC: 10; the consequences of failure will be determined based on the type of shock they were subjected to. Our two mundane characters, Phillip and Erik, can have plausible deniability as the mask defends their minds; they don't notice Eunice's unbound electrified hair, and their minds rationalize the storm as something that was already building (even though it wasn't). However, at your discretion, you can decide that the mask slips just for a moment and that they see everything, subjecting them to a Major shock and requiring the same Will save at a disadvantage.
It is Erik's turn!
