4. Another day, another hike

The company is ready to take another walk toward the mountain, refreshed by a good and fresh night.

Let's hope for an easier day.
I will Help our navigator by checking my bearings and suggesting,
I think we were headed this direction.

Anne will pack up her things and follow the others back on their destination to Mount Strumpet.

"Let's go! Lead the way." She says.

Gimdrus have already packed his few things and is about to start walking when hear Wyce suggestion direction a different from what he was about to take. Uhm, right. I have no idea.

Anne follows the others and asks "Who has the map of the area? We need to see how much farther it is until we get to Mount Strumpet."

You finally find yourself under the shadow of Mount Strumpet where a winding, narrow path ascends the mountainside. It’s barely wide enough for a single person to walk up alone, and if two were to attempt the path, then one would almost certainly tumble to their death. Snow has been cleared from the path and packed in huge mounds on each side at the base of the mountain, though you can see it already starting to reclaim the path. While Mount Strumpet itself offers some protection from the wind, it feels somehow colder in the shadow of that twisting tower of stone and ice.

With an obvious path to follow, I can take point and delve into the unknown. I'm usually good at avoiding any traps.

Wyce doesn't know the difference. He is confident at point.
Come on. Before the snow covers the path.
He starts the trek.

Anne will be third in the marching order. She waits for someone to walk behind Wyce and she'll follow behind them.

Gimdrus takes his hempen rope (50 feet), tie one end around himself and pass other end to Wyce. Just in case. he note and take his handaxes into his arms hoping to cut them into the ice should he ever need to hold his ground.

Elias follows in the back dubiously

Wyce pauses to acknowledge Gimdrus, Ah, an experienced mountain man. He ties the rope around himself, asks Gimdrus to approve his knot, and resumes the trek.

Anne will be tied up with the rope behind grimdrus as they all begin their trek up the mountain.
