Ignore the ladies and keep sneaking. The ladies will 100% see you. But you can hide from the guards
(Roll Stealth and a d20+Charisma modifier (+3))

Use diplomacy to convince the ladies to help hide you
(Roll Diplomacy )

Just run for it
(No roll)

Or stay hidden and see how things play out
(Roll Stealth again)

On the dice roller. I would be open to players rolling physical dice and submitting that. I do believe we have an honest group.

This "rule" would need full buy-in from the group on this though. What does everyone say?
