As we are getting close, I have some questions for the group.
1st, how deep into the mechanics do you want to go. A 'kingdom' basically runs like another character that everyone has input. We can run it like a background feature, or with everyone managing the 'kingdom' fully. A hybrid where everyone make the major decisions and the NPCs manage the details works too.
2nd, what do you want your 'kingdom' to look like. Do you want militaristic dictatorship? A free republic? A mage haven?
3rd, do you want to scout around a bit more or start the process of founding (ie build a village and claim a hex). Right now you have two locations that would be a good starting point. Oleg's Trading post which would give your first village a free trading post, and the staglord's fort which would give a free town hall to govern from.
