2.1 Chapter 1: Into the Stolen Lands

In the hallway time seems to stop as the towering orc looms.

The Orc looks at Tassle like she has grown him a new tusk. Not vomm't in the tav'rn? Whut? That a thing?"

The orc steps pass her, obviously confused, muttering "but whars its vomm't?"

Meanwhile, in the tavern main room the guards have cuffed the terrorist thug and applying medical attention to the once again wounded Target McTarget.

The guard leader (at least the one calling the shots) side-eyes the three adventures as they sit down for the next round pints after a harrowing ordeal. "Wait, what..." the guard stammers before being cut of by the strange new Gnome.

"Don't worry, adventures were here to save the day. You guards do your guards thingies :) " the Gnome says in his most macho, yet effeminate voice.

The guard leader get red in the face, before calming. "Er, right. Let get out of ... eh get these trouble makers out here"

McTarget moans "Sigil ... " while holding his head

"Ya ya, you're an important noble we will get you home " the guard leader mutters as they hall McTarget out.

The colorfully dressed gnome approaches Dalia, Seline & Octavius, "What are you drinking, round on me. No tricks :)"

The gnome smiles brightly at the invitation, looking at Dalia and speaking gnomishly fast "Well you were obviously having trouble handling the situation, a hero has to step and help the weak once and a while, you know" Tartuccio pauses to sneer at the waitress as she pours cheap wine "Of coarse, not everything is a charity. You handled those gutterpunk thugs nicely and I'm looking for a crew for an upcoming opportunity" His voice goes quiet and high pitched "There is a call to take down the Stag Lord, he is a big deal in the Stolen Lands you know. Once I take him down I'll get my own kingdom." he pauses sips his wine with smug satisfaction "Of coarse, rewarding those who help me :)"

The words from the stately gnome flow smooth and he greets everyone with the warmth of glowing hearth. Seline as far as you can tell Tartuccio is being straight with you.
