Chapter 1: Into the Stolen Lands
Octavius is overwhelmed with the taste of of gargled dick, time will be needed to shake that feeling.

The protector tree's branches outstretch in a way such that they give Octavius a quick head massage as he recoils from horrid mental echoes.
OOC:

You would take 3 mental damage and are Stunned 1 for one round. That means you lose an action need turn, for a total 2 actions.

Also, forgot the map.

Yes, he would be next to the Protector Tree. Usually it is only against strikes. But Ill allow it to soak mental damage this time

Tassle spies some food on the nearby table and grabs it. He hurls some apples at the grabby thugs head and meancingly brandishes a baguette!

The Thugs have a deep fear of sandwiches and are rattled at the sight of bread. Their leader holds his resolve thought, it would take more than a baguette to frighten him (thank god it wasn't sourdough)

Goon 1 stows his crossbow and pulls out an ornate warhorn. The blast echos in the tavern as he blows it.

Goon 3 Blows by Octavius swinging wildly at the Thug Leader, shouting "how could you betray us Betrayius"

Goon 3 dives at the thug holding McTarget. Driving her longsword into the thugs back. "unhand me you filthy lapdog"

I will my leshy familiar to leave his snacks and become a most effective tripping hazard for those jerk thugs and anyone who tries to stab our friends. Then since Betrayius looks like he deserves it, I try to hit him with my sling.

The tiny Leshy head pricks up with Seline's serious lecture. Not wanting to disappoint the mistress the Leshy scrabbles off the table and darts towards the halfling, weaving chaotically between his fit.

"Blasted foliage!" shouts Betrayious as he stubbles. Leaving him exposed for a sling pellet.
OOC:

Jen spent 2 actions to command so the leshy get 3 actions.
Action 1: Climb - roll 16+4 > 10DC
Action 2: Move 25ft
Action 3: Aid - roll acro 20+4 Crit success
. Going to say Betrayious is flat-footed -2 AC because of the crit
. & Reaction: Aid +2 to Seline's attacks. So 14+2 > 17-2 Hits!

Offended by the Thug Leader with Magic Fingers interfering with the machinery of civil justice [eg-helping his trigger happy friend], Octavius gathers his 1 remaining wit [having misplaced the others] rushes the Thug Leader and chops his sword down upon him.

The tavern seems eerily silence, as the sound of boot gets louder.

Thug 4, the one holding McTarget. Draws a dagger close to the catfolks' throat, defiantly shouting "Say back, or this lowtime noble gets it! We will not back down! This is our turf now!!!" The thug looks ready to strike at anytime.

The bloodied thug leader, looks to be getting ready for a rousing speech before starting to fade away, as he turns to run

Meanwhile the thug crossbowers turn and bolt.
OOC:

Octavius can use his reaction to hit Betrayius or the Crossbower, full attack

Btw, Octavius did hit.

Tassle hurls the baguette at bretrayius as he runs away, so it can fuse with the hair gel into a terrible bread based mohawk, causing him to be attacked by seagulls as soon as he steps outside
