I assume putting a bow away and drawing a swor would take your regular attack action. You can still move within 30 ft.
Well, the last raider seeing all of his companions either die or fall unconscious to the ground, panics and flees screaming...

Elyshaeba's spear lodges itself in the mans' arm which, while it looks painful, is not enough to kill the man or stop him form running...

Glump seethes under his breath. "Coward. filthy coward." He moves to one of the two sleeping archers and thrusts the end of his sword's blade through the man's throat and as the blood spurts from the jugular, he reaches for the man's missile weapon.

Glump finishes off one of the sleeping archers and reaches for his bow.

Korgahr is up next. Problem is he's still raging and there are no more enemies close by (we'll also have fun with that once Gilcyne's initiative comes up next turn)... Make a Will save to see if you snap out of it, otherwise you might end up doing the raiders' job for them... Still others can try to talk him down on their initiative next turn...

Oh, yeah, you're right, turning on friends is once the enemy is defeated... For some reason I thought it was when there were no enemies left nearby. This means Korgahr would have also started running after the raider and attacked him and not turned on Glump. It won't kill him though. Yeah, go ahead and run after the fleeing raider.

Gilcyne bolts after the runner. Without thinking she drops her great axe and retrieves the two smaller axes at her hips. When she thinks she's close enough she hurls one and then the other.

Gilcyne throws both axes which lands squarely in the middle of the man's back, which is enough to bring him down, and then soon snaps out of her rage. With the enemies gone, you're out of combat, but you still have one barbarian who'll have to be calmed down before he attacks anyone in the next handful of seconds...

Gilcyne takes a few deep breaths to calm the rage then turns to the group with a broad smile.

In Witch she says "Well, lets see if we can figure anything out from the stuff they had on them." and she begins searching the body that has her axes in it.
