1.3 - In Search of Sanity - Never-Ending Nightmare

After the devestating exchange of blows between the Tatterman and Razhel, Iosef takes a quick step closer to the dragon-eyed woman and heals her (Razhel: +3hp).

Axon catches the ghoulish creature by surprise, turning its attention to himself. It lifts a clawed hand and points at the robed sorcerer. "Now, now, you do not show the proper fear, magician!" A gout of semi-transparent black energy swarms across Axon's head, enveloping it and trying to burrow into his mind. The tatterman cackles and takes a step closer to the wall in order to better protect his flank.

Grim strikes the Tatterman with a steady and sure hand. The monster shrieks and whips around to face him (Tatterman: -7hp).

Elias steps between Razhel and the enemy, placing his hands upon her and willing healing energy into her body (Razhel: +7hp).

The enemy reaches toward Grim and attempts to claw him. One claw tears through the man's jacket, drawing blood (Grim: -3hp). He then takes a quick step back, between the crumbled wall and Grim.

Razhel quickly moves to cut off their evil opponents attempt to sleaze his way out of their grasp again and sets herself up in a flanking position with Grim. She slices at the Tatterman with the silver dagger. "Where do you think you're going coward?"

Equinox Inactive for 5 months

Iosef sends another pulse of healing energy into Razhel's body even as Axon turns to flee. On the other side of the wall, he avoids the potential attack from his enemy and races east, down the long hallway.

Razhel slashes with her silvered dagger, but the Tatterman is too swift and dodges the strike.

The Tatterman disengages from his foes and moves to the wicked-looking weapon he dropped earlier, picking it up.

OOC:

@RageRed,@Equinox,@CESN Grim and Elias are up! Grim and Razhel get Attacks of Opportunity as well due to the enemy moving from a threatened square. I'll edit his actions here if warranted, based on the outcome of your attacks of opportunity.

Grim takes advantage of the opportunity and stabs the Tatterman, as he attempts to slip away from them and grab his razor. He moves to cut the monster off and attacks again, but his thrust is short of its mark.

Grim and Razhel take advantage of the enemy's momentary lapse in defense to strike at him. Grim's silvered sword leaves a terrible gash in the creature's body, oozing yellowed pus as it screams in dismay (Tatterman: -8hp).

The Tatterman, having now picked up his weapon, turns just in time as Grim closes in for another attack. It dodges, but in so doing receives a nasty stab in the back by Elias who moves to flank the creature with Grim (Tatterman: -5hp).

The dreamwalker hisses and turn to Elias in surprise and fury, bringing his terrible war razor upon the armored paladin. The weapon strikes against his armor, doing no damage and opening Elias to a repose.
