You are able to heighten or suppress others reactions. With a successful test you can get others to reroll previous saving throws for affects that target the spirit or mind, or grant advantage or impose disadvantage if you perform your test before the effect and it saving throw are rolled.

I'm interpreting the above to imagine either an attack bonus for her companions' future rolls (or, alternatively, a disadvantage for the monster). Rolling 2d6 for the same.
