Having missed his previous attack, he tries once again to slash at his foe with his scythe.

Ehtycs connects again with the zombie.

The zombie tries to return his stroke at the kobold.

Ehtycs takes 9 damage from a gore and everyone can act again now.

Fiden summons up a ball of fire in her hands and throws it at the Zombie giving it a bath of fire one last time.
OOC:
Fiden uses 'Touched By Flames' a Fire Dwarf Ability for the last time till rest. 14 to hit and 6 points of fire damage.

One more blast from Fiden of flame and the zombie falls to the ground, returned to its inanimate state.

From this courtyard where other than the zombie nothing of note can be seen, you can exit several ways--

To the northwest, straight north through either a far north single door or a set of double doors, or to the west.

The northwest door is obscured by the black there, but there's another door just to the left of that far north single door

Damn that hurt Ehtycs says as he looks over his wounds Hopefully, we dont run into any more of those. What the hell was it doing here?

The arm had behaved during the meeting with a king which was a relief. As they headed to the late reaper home however it had started to act up, as if trying to tug her in a direction, sensing something. She'd bidden the others to go ahead, saying she just had to check on something before darting off to the side to whisper at it to behave.

The only response she'd gotten was a couple of annoyed gestures, giving her the sense that whatever it was she'd had missed the moment. With a sigh she continues on, though without the others to follow finds herself even more delayed, till she is finally entering the house, noticing the group hadn't been subtle on entering . They'd probably have to fix that later.

'Sorry, thought someone was following us. ' The quick lie falls form her lips before she spies the zombie. 'Looks like I missed some action. Shame. A guard perhaps?'

Just a quick excuse for the disappearance, doesn't need to have relevance, could have been the wind :P

Fiden will lead off and head deeper in the place. She chooses the door straight ahead of us. Without too much caution she walks up to it and just tries to open it.

You open the door and reveal another hallway-- presenting yourselves with now even more choices of doors behind which you do not know what might be lurking.

From the second hallway there is are three doors to the west, one straight to the north which you can tell leads to the outside, and two to the east.

From the previous hallway there are still unexplored doors to the east, north, and west.

Keldar follows the others after the re-death of the minotaur, he gives a prayer to the once again dead creature and that it will finally be at ease. He then follows the others that enter further into the building, if there was one undead here, then there most likely are others.

"Foul things have been happening here since the loss of it's former caretaker. I wonder if there is someone or something is bringing the dead back, and that they are hiding somewhere in here?" He asked the others.

"I only wonder if the zombie was a guard and not something that came. Hopefully it was enough of a guard and none other was needed. I'm thinking to search the left side of this level starting with the far one and working the way coming back." She moves to the door that is far to the north but on the west side and again just opens it.

Fiden is feeling rather active and not showing any fear really. She wasn't really thrilled to come here but now that she is. She is eager to search the place out.

She does look back to be sure all are following.

You open the door and find yourself in what seems to be a servant's sleeping quarters. There's a strange thrumming noise in the air when you enter, and you can feel an aura of unease .

This is a haunt-- will take Knowledge Religion checks to identify how to deal with it.

The metal arm seems to vibrate slightly in frustration as there seems to be no order in opening the doors. She sighs and fallows after the dwarf. Now I definitely wasn't the most orderly during my training.. in fact Iwas no where near the top, but perhaps we should have some method to opening these? Just so we..' She stops as she feels the uneasy aura and start to look around.

Fiden and Keldar have a bad feeling about the room, but cannot pinpoint why.

Leandra, however, is certain that this is a haunt created by a pretty nasty ritual sacrifice-- the initiator of the ritual created spectral servants that would act on his command within his demesne, but which without his command exist as disembodied unquiet spirits-- if you stayed in the room where they are anchored too long you would begin to feel their draining effects (negative energy damage).

Fortunately, you are relatively certain that an influx of positive energy (7 hit points of positive energy from cures/channels) will permanently end the effect. Otherwise, moving out of the room and avoiding it can avoid the damage.

It wasn't her own knowledge. At least she couldn't remember learning it, but she had come to accept such things, especially when it come to details about Hapi. Even as the realisation of what is going on in the room comes to her right arm is moving to grab Fiden and pull her away from the entrance. A few seconds later she's caught up and is also grabbing Keldar as she steps back.

'Spirits are bound to this room. Servants now without a master. They should be easy enough to clear out. Well for a cleric or someone else who can draw energy from Hapi.'

Religion is granted by her Hand Knowledge feat, so makes sense to fluff it as the knowledge being granted by it
